Instant Pot Applesauce Pork Chops

OH> MY> GOODNESS!  This was the easiest Instant Pot meal ever and it was very tasty.  I had a few chops in the freezer and some applesauce in the pantry, so I thought I would try them in the instant pot.  I stopped at HEB on the way home and bought a pan of cornbread and a bag of frozen broccoli florets to go along side, an Voila! Applesauce pork chops.  I really wish I’d made more of these so I could have some in my lunch, but there may have not been any left over anyway.  Here’s the recipe.  It’s so easy you won’t believe it!

  5. Set the Instant Pot on manual, high pressure for 10 minutes making sure the knob is turned to sealing.
  6. You could do a natural release at this point if you like, but I did a quick realease because we were so hungry and this smelled so good!
  7. Serve with broccoli and cornbread.
Recipe Notes

I poured the sauce from the applesauce and pork right over the cornbread and ate them together.  I'm all about easy and this recipe was just that.  My husband was amazed at how fast this meal came together.  I got home at 5:30 and we were eating by 6:00.  You can do the same.
